About this book

What we want from our daily work goes beyond revenue and results. We feel ourselves growing when a task that once felt impossible becomes second nature, or when we finally talk openly with a colleague we clashed with. Woo Mi-young, former head of Adobe Korea, calls this a quiet resolve to become a better person through work, without excuses or resignation. Drawing on thirty years in the industry, she sets out six lessons, from reviewing your failures to matching who you are inside and out, and the courage to put yourself forward when an opportunity arrives.

About the author

Began her career at a start-up, working across development, marketing and sales in the IT industry, and went on to lead business organisations at global companies including Citrix, Dell, Microsoft and Adobe.
